Autumn Budget 2025 prize draw T&Cs

1. Promoter
The promoter is Penfold Technology Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11385178), with registered office at 79-81 Borough Road, London, SE1 1DN.11668244), with registered office at 79-81 Borough Road, London, SE1 1DN.

2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to Penfold customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents, except employees of Penfold Technology Limited, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete both questions in the Autumn Budget survey sent via email in November 2025. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete survey responses will not be entered into the draw.

4. Entry Period
The prize draw is open from 12th November 2025 to 25th November 2025 at 23:59. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. The Prize
The prize is one (1) £100 Amazon gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 26th November 2025. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw taking place using the email address associated with their Penfold account.

7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be selected.

8. Data Protection
Survey responses and entry data will be processed in accordance with Penfold's Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to their data being used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and for aggregated research and PR purposes. Individual responses will not be attributed without consent.

9. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw, including the use of their first name in announcements, unless they request otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents accept no liability for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or issues that may prevent entry.

11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or acts in a fraudulent or dishonest manner. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
